Store Buying Option -
Non-Exclusive Rights:
This grants
you the option to use the track, non-commercially. SideTrack will own Exclusive
Rights & Royalties. It will be sent via email as an .mp3 file (128K). SideTrack
has the right to re-sale the track at any time to any other artist.
Other Option -
Exclusive Rights:
This grants
you a full .wav (16bit, 44.1KHz) stereo file of the track at an exclusive price.
You will also receive the track - seperated by channel; this allows you to remix
& mix the track at your discretion. Plus, gain possible royalties &
commercial profitability. If the track contains sample/s you will be solely
responsible for clearance. The track will be pulled from all marketing material
(website, flyers, videos, & social network sites). Contact
